Chassis: Chassis is basically the main structure in the vehicle upon which the entire vehicle sits. It is like a frame made out of steel. Depending on the vehicle there are two types of chassis – body-on-frame chassis and unibody chassis. The body-on-frame chassis is made using steel that joined together through welding. The unibody chassis is formed from stamped metal sheets and body parts.
